Duties and Responsibilities

• Leading engineering teams by setting objectives, managing workflow, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

• Reviewing designs to ensure that they are feasible and meet industry standards

• Creating working drawings and models of new products or machinery designs

• Evaluating processes to identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Performing analyses using hand calculations, tower analysis software and other accepted methods

• Generating required engineering reports, analyzing the information, and making recommendations

• Providing reporting on the performance of the team, in accordance with formats provided by management

• Providing leadership on major upgrade projects and answering structure-related inquiries from internal and external customers

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate or Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology or related fields

• 4+ years related experience 

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be self-motivated

• Ability to work hands on individually with others as a tea
