Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Leading engineering teams by setting objectives, managing workflow, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
Reviewing designs to ensure that they are feasible and meet industry standards
Creating working drawings and models of new products or machinery designs
Evaluating processes to identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste
Performing analyses using hand calculations, tower analysis software and other accepted methods
Generating required engineering reports, analyzing the information, and making recommendations
Providing reporting on the performance of the team, in accordance with formats provided by management
Providing leadership on major upgrade projects and answering structure-related inquiries from internal and external customers
Job Requirements
Diploma/Certificate or Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Technology or related fields
4+ years related experience
Must have strong mechanical aptitude and be self-motivated
Ability to work hands on individually with others as a tea
