Bachelor’s Degree in Humanitarian Affairs, Agriculture, Rural development, Disaster Management, Public Health, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide overall coordination and technical support for integrated sector activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and emergency standards. - Lead the development of detailed implementation plans (DIPs), budgets, and procurement schedules for timely execution. - Supervise and mentor sector-specific staff and ensure cross-sectoral collaboration.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Development Work, Law, Human Rights, Sociology, Inclusive/Special Needs Education Disability Rights,Program Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Work with consortium partners, the technical and DIAU programs team and Country Managers to ensure that disability priorities are identified and integrated into workplans. - Create and steward relationships with regional and national organizations of people with disabilities and connect them with our service delivery partners. - Ensure continuous quality and consistency of all the activities of the pool of Disability Inclusion Facilitators by monitoring, facilitation of continuous learning and refresher trainings.

Completion of 10th Grade with relevant work experience
