Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the capacity building of local authorities, Women and Social Affairs office, community-based networks, and partners to strengthen GBV response services. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to protection teams, GBV focal points, and community volunteers to ensure adherence to survivor-centered case management and referral standards. - Support the development, dissemination, and operationalization of referral pathways linking GBV survivors to multi-sectoral services, including PSS, health, legal, and livelihoods support.

Master's Degree in Health, Social Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Direct Technical Support: Provide direct, hands-on technical support and mentorship to Health Extension Workers (HEWs), community volunteers, and PHCU staff in implementing planned Community Mobilization and SBC (Social Behavior Change) strategies. - Platform Rollout: Facilitate the effective rollout and utilization of community-based platforms such as community dialogues, Health Post Open House events, Community Action Cycles (CAC), school health activities, and other participatory approaches that strengthen linkages between communities and health facilities.

Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science, Rural Development, Agronomy, Community Development, Climate, Plant Science or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the response activities of ESNFI emergency in need of internally displaced people, IDP Camps, including monitoring of project quality, M&E and budget management at Mekelle IDP Camps, Tigray regional State. - Carry out supervision of NFI activities to be carried out in the project area of IDPs as necessary; - Facilitate NFI activities targeting internally displaced People and host communities in the different center of Mekelle IDP Camps.
