BSc Degree in Security, Social Sciences, International Studies, Communications or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain effective working relationships with country United Nations Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) office, host government agencies, and local authorities responsible for security, in order to obtain up-to-date security-related information that is beneficial to the Mission - Assist the Field Security Officer in collecting, updating and communicating information regarding the security situation in the Mission. - Support the Field Security Officer in the development and implementation of IOM Country Office-specific security plans including contingency and emergency response plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including providing security-related inputs into the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

MA or BA Degree in Epidemiology, Statistics, Economics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide overall supervision and leadership on the MEAL functions and strategy delivery at base level - Prove supervision, mentorship to program and MEAL staffs in the base so that staff have the required capacity and enthusiasm to undertake their responsibilities - Provide oversight of MEAL budget and ensure effective and timely utilization for the appropriate MEAL activities

MSc Degree in Health & Nutrition, Water Resource Engineering, Environment, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years management or advisory experience including oversight and responsibility of technical components, staff management/coordination, budgets and reporting/proposals.

Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, ,Management, International Studies, out of which 10 years in senior leadership roles with proven record in program design, fundraising, external engagement, and organizational management. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of ActionAid Ethiopia’s Country Strategy Paper (CSP). - Drive organizational development and transformation processes in line with federation priorities and change management initiatives. - Ensure program strategies remain relevant to Ethiopia’s political, social, and economic context.
