Department: Finance

Role Summary: Responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management.

Reports to: CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and bookkeeping.

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

• Support tax filings, payroll processing, and audit processes.

• Maintain records of vendor payments, receivables, and expense claims.

• Ensure compliance with local financial laws and company policies.

Job Requirements

• BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role; startup or logistics experience is a plus.

• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Peachtree, QuickBooks).

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
