Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily production activates to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to optimize production processes and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor the production and technical teams to enhance performance
- Monitor and maintain compliance with workplace safety protocols.
- Identify and address technical challenges to improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure all production meets quality standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
Job Requirement
• Qualifications & Experience: MSC/BSc in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Minimum of four years of experience in a production or technical management role.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale production processes
• Strong knowledge of plastic extrusion process.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with quality control, cost management, and safety protocols.
