Job Description
We are looking for a proactive & energetic Marketing & Customer Support Coordinator to handle our content, social media, sales, and customer management. This role is ideal for a multitasker who can create compelling campaigns while managing sales pipelines and class coordination.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
Develop engaging marketing contents and social media
Identify and engage potential students through targeted outreach
Serve as the primary contact for student inquiries
Resolve issues, provide program details, and ensure a positive experience
Follow up with potential students to drive conversions
Organize class schedules, enrollments, and student records
Track attendance, feedback, and performance metrics
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Fresh graduate up to 1 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Amharic and Afaan Oromo
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive, etc.)
Familiarity with graphics design tools ( Photoshop, Canva or other tools)
Ability to work independently, stay organized and meet deadline
