Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the purchasing activities for Baltina Products and related arrangements;
Guide and supervise the preparation of the products;
Develop an annual plan and budget;
Implement quality control measures for production;
Maintain records of procurement and sales documentation.
Job Requirements
Education
BA/Diploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Engineering or a related field.
Experience
2/4 years of experience in Baltina/ cultural food ingredients preparation
Competency
Knowledge of cultural food ingredients/Baltina preparation
Effective communication and reporting skills.
Leadership skills
