We are seeking experienced and innovative Generative AI Developers with a strong foundation in classical machine learning to help us revolutionize business intelligence in a high-scale, dynamic marketplace platform. This role goes far beyond just generating SQL queries; we're building systems that answer complex "why" questions, uncover causal relationships, and power dynamic (elasticity-based) pricing engines influenced by variables such as supply and demand, competitor analysis, and seasonality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, product, and operations, to design and deploy AI-first solutions that deliver insights, automation, and pricing strategies at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and implement Generative AI-powered BI tools that provide explanatory insights, not just query generation.

● Develop and fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) to support complex analytics workflows, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

● Build and deploy dynamic pricing systems based on machine learning models incorporating elasticity, competitor pricing, seasonality, and inventory.

● Apply classical ML models for forecasting, clustering, and causal inference.

● Integrate AI systems with data warehouses, ELT pipelines, and visualization layers.

● Build scalable pipelines to scrape competitor data, analyze trends, and maintain real-time intelligence.● Work with APIs, MLOps, and DevOps tools to deploy models into production-grade systems.

● Collaborate across teams to ensure models and insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

● Present and explain model insights using tools like Apache Superset and custom

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI & Classical Machine Learning

Required Skills & Tools:

You must be hands-on and demonstrate proficiency in the following:

AI & Machine Learning:

● Hugging Face (Transformers, Datasets, Model Hub)

● LangChain (for chaining LLMs with tools, memory, and agents)

● Large Language Models (LLMs) – GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude, etc.

● Fine-tuning custom models for domain-specific use cases

● RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) for knowledge-aware generation

● Classical ML models (XGBoost, Random Forest, Regression, Clustering)

● Generative AI methodologies for text generation, summarization, and causal inference

Data & Visualization:

● Apache Superset or other BI tools for dashboarding

● Data warehousing & ELT pipelines

Other Technical Skills:

● Web scraping● DevOps/MLOps – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model monitoring

● MCP (Model Control & Protocol) practices for robust model lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications:

● Previous experience in marketplace platforms or pricing optimization

● Demonstrable portfolio or GitHub showcasing previous Generative AI or pricing projects

● Strong problem-solving and communication skills

● Knowledge of economics or pricing theory is a plus
