Located in Bishoftu, we are at the forefront of Ethiopia's green manufacturing movement. Our current product line includes premium paper straws and paper cups for the domestic market. With exciting expansion plans underway, we will soon be launching a new range of products, including 100% biodegradable paper bags and other sustainable packaging solutions.

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a brand committed to environmental sustainability and to grow with us as we expand our product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships within Addis Ababa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Addis Ababa market.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to key decision-makers.

• Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.

• Represent the Achyro brand with professionalism and integrity.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, packaging, or manufacturing.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
