Forward Logistics Technologies PLC would like to hire highly qualified candidates for the following vacant  positions.

Required Number: 1

Salary: Negotiable   

Computer skill: Microsoft office Professional level   

Place of work: Addis Ababa (Kality Maseltegna)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans to grow platform usage

  • Lead a team of sales and field agents to promote and register users on the logistics platform

  • Identify target markets and expand business partnerships with logistics providers, transporters, and shippers

  • Organize and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional events, and digital outreach

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to optimize strategy

  • Set and track KPIs, sales targets, and registration goals

  • Provide regular performance reports to company leadership

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities

Job Requirement:

Qualifications:

  • Education: BA/BSc Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Experience: 10-5 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven experience in digital platform promotion, logistics, or tech-related services is highly desirable

  • Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools

Operational & Compliance

  • Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.

  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports.
