Supervise, train, and motivate the transport sales team to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new sales leads and transport service contracts.
Develop strategies to increase market share in logistics and transport services.
Manage relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and delivery timelines.
Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare periodic sales performance reports and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transport/logistics sector.
Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the logistics and transport industry in Ethiopia.
Good command of English and Amharic (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Computer skill Microsoft office Professional level
