Job Description

We’re seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. Your primary mission will be to connect with potential customers every day — through calls, emails, and social outreach — to spark conversations and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

This is a high-activity, results-oriented role that’s ideal for someone who thrives on communication, persistence, and measurable impact. You’ll also contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying and researching new prospects within our target markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.

  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, needs, and potential fit for our solution.

  • Set up introductory meetings or product demos for the sales team.

  • Research and identify new prospects, industries, and decision-makers using online tools and databases.

  • Log all activity accurately and maintain up-to-date records of interactions.

  • Follow up promptly with inbound leads or marketing-generated contacts.

  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on target accounts.

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly goals for outreach activity, conversations, and meetings booked.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: BA Degree or Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role (SaaS/tech preferred, but not required).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable talking to new people daily.

  • Resilient and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different industries and buyer personas.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outreach tools is a plus.
