Responsible for operating and maintaining washing machinery to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production. Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards, performs preventive maintenance, and collaborates with team members to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust washing machines safely for optimal performance.

• Set washing parameters (e.g., chemical dosage, temperature, cycle time) according to product requirements.

• Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance to prevent downtime.

• Inspect machines to identify and resolve minor issues quickly.

• Follow strict hygiene, safety, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.

• Collaborate with operators, mechanics, and quality inspectors to ensure smooth operations.

• Accurately report production performance, equipment issues, and maintenance needs.

Technical Skills:

• Safely starting, running, adjusting, and shutting down washing machinery (Machine Operation).

• Basic understanding of gears, valves, conveyors, and other mechanical systems (Mechanical Aptitude).

• Knowledge of chemicals (e.g., caustic, chlorine), temperature control, and cycle settings (Washing Parameters Setting).

• Cleaning and minor repairs to reduce downtime (Preventive Maintenance).

• Adherence to hygiene, workplace safety, and LOTO procedures (Safety & Discipline).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:

• Quickly identify and resolve minor machine or process issues (Troubleshooting).

• Monitors machine function and cleaning parameters to maintain cleaning effectiveness and maximize throughput (Process Optimization).

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
