Job Description: The potential candidate shall be the one who will handle the following tasks:

• Ensure all staffs at workplaces or on sites adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

• Ensure all the risks on the sites are identified and mitigations or controls are in place.

• Ensure all staffs working on site have necessary OHS trainings and organize required for those who do not have updated trainings.

• Ensure updating and implementing project OHS plan and other safety related site documents.

• Ensure all staffs, vehicles and equipment meet legal and contractual health and safety requirements.

• Produce site OHS records and handle proper documentation for audit purpose and continuous improvement.

• Investigate any incidents that may happen while working on site or during travel for site works.

• Review and analyze incident reports, safety logs and related information that will be useful in identifying preventive and corrective actions.

• Conduct proper risk assessment as per the company's health and safety guidelines and policies.

• Take every measure to make sure the well beings of all staffs.

• Stop any activities that seem to be dangerous to the staffs or the surrounding communities.

• Overseas power and telecom infrastructures rollout that are being implemented by the staffs and make sure all safety precautions are in place.

Required Skills and Qualification

The ideal candidates for these positions shall be:

• those who have Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering and/or related  field of studies. with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.

• those who have minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles and preferably in telecom industry.

• those who have certificates in Occupational Health and Safety

• those who have experience in writing and presenting reports related with OHS to clients and line managers.

• those who have very good command of English and have very good communication skills in both writing and speaking.

• those who have strong organizational skills with excellent time management.

• those who are very good in use of Microsoft office packages.
