Duties and Responsibilities

 The potential candidate shall be the one who will handle the following tasks:

• Supervise and manage a team that comprise of technicians, driver, casual workers between 8 to 10 persons.

• Conduct power and telecom infrastructure roll out site survey, prepare survey report with site drawing/sketches and submit to his/her immediate line manager timely.

• Interpret technical drawings and ensure power and telecom equipment's and materials are installed as per the design and standards.

• Plan and delegate tasks to team members and monitor through the completion of the tasks in preset performance.

• Ensure site work is completed timely, within budget and meets the quality standard set by the company and stakeholders.

• Resolve issues that may arise on sites with highly professional manners.

• Prepare daily site activities plan and communicate this to his/her immediate line manager.

• Ensure health and safety policies, procedures and guidelines are being followed properly.

• Properly follow instructions that will be given by his/her immediate manager and the company from time to time.

Required Skills and Qualification

The ideal candidates for these positions shall be:

• those who have Bachelor of Science Degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Telecom Engineering and/or related field of studies with strong knowledge of engineering and construction principles.

• those who have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles and preferably in telecom  and power industry.

• those who have experience  in managing team, delegate tasks and resolve technical and site specific challenges. 

• those who have very good command of English and have very good communication skills in both writing and speaking.

• those who have strong organizational skills with excellent time management to ensure the site work is completed with the highest quality, timely and within budget.

• those who are very good in use of Microsoft office packages.
