Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and register new claims submitted by clients or policyholders.

  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of claim forms, documents, and supporting evidence.

  • Assess whether the claim falls within the scope of policy coverage and company guidelines.

  • Ensure timely acknowledgment and communication with claimants

Job Requirement

  • Qualification: A minimum of BA/BSC  degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, statistics, Mathematics ,Economics Business Administration or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution

  • Experience: No experience is required

Required No: Two(2)

Place of Work-: Addis Ababa
