Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Female Social Media Host & Content Manager to become the public face of our brand. This role is a unique blend of on-camera charisma and content management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live sessions, creating engaging video content, and managing our social media presence to build strong brand awareness and connect with our audience authentically 

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Hosting:

  • Serve as the primary on-camera host for live streams, video content, and brand presentations.

  • Develop, present, and execute creative content plans aligned with the brand's voice and marketing goals.

  • Conduct on-the-spot casting tests and live handling sessions with confidence and professionalism.

  • Ensure a high standard of on-camera presentation, including energy, facial expression, and clear communication.

Social Media & Community Management:

  • Manage and grow the brand's social media channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).

  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster a positive and interactive audience environment.

  • Utilize personal audience reach (if applicable) to amplify brand messaging.

  • Stay updated with current technology trends and social media platform features to keep content innovative.

Marketing & Brand Advocacy:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the brand, its products/services, and target audience.

  • Apply basic marketing principles to content strategy to drive engagement and brand loyalty.

  • Participate in the planning and further execution of marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.

  • Dynamic, energetic, and confident on-camera presence.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

  • Basic knowledge of video production (camera, shooting, audio).

  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.

  • Minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field (Media, Communication, Marketing, etc.) or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to work flexible, part-time hours.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred (A Plus):

  • An existing personal audience or following on social media.

  • Previous experience in media, presenting, or hosting.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle live broadcasts smoothly.
