To Ensure support for smooth operation of the plant by loading, unloading and hauling raw material adhering to specification and effectively operating heavy duty machines and utilizing capacity.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Ensure that all work place safety requirement has maintained before starting any activity.

2. Use of personal protection equipment during respective shift working hours to prevent accidents.

3. Clearly understand the technological nature of the machine by referring its operation manual and operate the loader in a safe and appropriate manner.

4. Ensure that the loader dash board information panels, side mirrors sound horns are functional.

5. Always conduct pre-operational & post operational checks on equipment and clean, lubricate and refill equipment as necessary. 

6. Take necessary precaution the Loader is operating within optimum range.

7. Pay due attention the land scape, land condition and operational balance of the machine, including deep muddy, Clief, hillside etc.

8. Check & inspect regularly the machine as per the daily operator checklists.

9. Maximize machine productivity at minimum cost & ensure efficient utilization.

10. Responsible for reporting defects and malfunctions for repairs and safe custody of tools and manuals.

11. Ensure that regular servicing and preventive maintenance is carried out as per checklist to maintain it in serviceable state for prolonged operation. 

12. Ensure that machine is in a serviceable condition prior to operating it and all necessary checks have been performed. 

13. Be responsible for reporting defects and malfunctions for repairs and safe custody of tools and manuals.

14. Greasing & washing the machine as per its schedule.

15. Remove uneven surface and angular rocks to protect wheel and make easy movement for the machine.

16. Arrange enough space for maneuvering of the Loader while working on loading and unloading.

17. Keep detail record of the machine, working hours, fuel and oil consumption, servicing time etc.

18. Report to immediate supervisor any abnormal signal observed on the machine.

19. Follow directions of ground crew regarding craning, gravel placement and grading. 

20. Follow safe work procedures during the lowering of materials into the Loader. 

21. Respect company policy, procedures and relevant laws to the work. 

22. Make sure you don’t cause injury to anyone or endanger the wellbeing of others. 

23. Handles the Loader keeping with due care.

24. Perform all activities with in short period of time and cost saving method.

25. Prepares activity reports and submits to his immediate supervisor.

26. Performs related duties as assigned by his immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• 10th Grade completion with 2 years of relevant experience in the field; Loader driving / Special driving license is required  Or  8th Grade completion with 4 years of relevant experience in the field; Special driving   license is required
