Department: Marketing and Sales
Reporting Line: General Operations Manager
Supervision: Marketing Staff, Sales Officers, and Customer Service Team
Location: PRS Head Office, Addis Ababa

Date: November, 2025

The Marketing and Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen PRS’s market presence, increase sales revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction. The role ensures the alignment of marketing strategies with business goals, oversees brand management, and leads the sales team to achieve company targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

 Marketing Strategies and brand Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PRS products and services.

  • Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand image and visibility.

  • Coordinate the preparation of marketing materials, events, and exhibitions

 Sales And Customer Relations: 

  • Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key customers and partners.

  • Oversee the customer service team to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement measures.

  • Negotiate major contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers when necessary.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., After Sales, Import, and Finance) to ensure coordinated business operations.

  • Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management.

Provide strategic input during business planning and budgeting cycles

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales management, preferably in the automotive or trading industry.

  • Proven experience leading a team and meeting revenue targets.

Key Skills and Competencies :

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent planning, analytical, and reporting abilities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.

  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • High customer orientation and teamwork spirit.

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Improvement in customer satisfaction and retention rates.
