Duties and Responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain data in computer systems or databases from various sources, including paper documents and digital records.​

• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors or discrepancies.​

• Organize, sort, and prepare documents and materials for data entry.​

• Create and manage spreadsheets and digital documents containing large amounts of data.​

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent loss.​

• Generate reports, summaries, and other data outputs as required.​

• Retrieve and organize data for reports, audits, or other business needs
