Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the overall results of the national vehicle services, this position is tasked with planning and managing local vehicle services, daily operations of vehicle-related businesses, management of vehicle entry and exit, vehicle safety management, management of vehicle supplier service indicators, vehicle acceptance and billing management, as well as improving vehicle utilization efficiency. 
2. As the sole person responsible for office space experience management, you are accountable for the overall results of the IFM business and undertake responsibilities related to local office space experience planning, contract performance management, on-site experience management, risk management, and cost management.

Job Requirements

1. Possess professional knowledge and skills related to vehicle management.
2. Possess certain knowledge and skills related to IFM or soft service management.
