Job Description

gold mining administration department by performing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and on boarding. They also help with payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related functions.

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Field/Site HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions at the field/site level, ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and INCLUSIVE WORK ENVIROMENT 

Full-time (Permanent after probation period).

Location/Duty Station: Benshangul Gumuz, Asosa Zone, ----------Woreda Project Site - 

Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Managing paperwork, updating employee records, and preparing reports.

  • Should be able do liaisoning works with  different local government offices.

  • Recruitment and On boarding: Assisting with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and on boarding new hires.

  • Employee Relations: Addressing employee inquiries, handling complaints, and maintaining a positive work environment.

  • Payroll and Benefits: Assisting with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and answering questions related to benefits.

  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and confidential employee files, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Training and Development: Assisting with organizing training sessions and employee development programs.

  • Other HR Functions: Supporting various HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Management Information System and related fields with one year of related experience .

Other Skills
Strong Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintains records, and ensures that HR processes run smoothly.

  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in record keeping and data entry is crucial.

  • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Computer Skills: relevant software.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve HR-related issues.

  • car driving license is added advantage

  • integrity and English speaking is must

  • Relevant field experience will be preferred
