Position: Finance Head

A head of finance is a person who manages, controls, and oversees all financial activities and strategies of a company.

A head of finance is responsible for managing, supervising, and directing financial activities, as well as maintaining a budget.

In addition, the head of finance often audits the company’s financial statements.

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be able to provide leadership and direction to our finance team. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for finance, we want to hear from you.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Form a budget, make financial decisions, and allocate resources in accordance with an organization’s policies and procedures

• Supervise other finance and accounting professionals

• Maintain detailed records for financial analysis

• Stay abreast of current regulations, tax laws, and accounting practices

• Provide training to new and existing team members

• Oversee periodic analytical and reporting activities

• Advise the General Manager on financial management matters

• Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis

• Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets

• Update property records for existing and potential new tenants

• Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations

• Prepare schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance required

• 8+ years’ experience in finance or accounting

• Strong understanding of core financial concepts

• Experience in financial planning and analysis

• Demonstrated success in, budgeting, and cost control

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
