KMD Import & Export Established in 2012 EC, has engaged in Import, Export and farm business.

KMD Import & Export invites qualified competent job seekers for the following positions

Number of Required: 1

Salary: Negotiable

Position: Senior Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities::

Financial Management: Oversee daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivables, and reconciling bank statement.

Budget and Forecasting: Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, financial forecast, and financial reports for company.

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filling of all tax returns and compliance with local tax regulations.

Payroll: Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.

Transaction Recording: Record and manage all import, export and farm business transaction.

Audit Preparation: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.

Support: Provide financial analysis and support other departments as needed.

Ad hoc Tasks: Perform other financial duties as assigned by the Finance Head

Salary: Negotiable

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or related field.

Experience: More than 4 years of experience as senior accountant, preferably in the import & export sector.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (Peachtree accounting)
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft , particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
