Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated OR Nurse. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 0 year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality compassionate care to patients across varies health care settings.

• Conduct through assessments of patients prior to surgery, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations and identifying any potential risks or complications.

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, anesthesiologists, physical therapists and other health care professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patient.

• Educate the patients and their families about the surgical procedure, recovery expectations, pain management and postoperative care instructions to ensure they are well –informed and prepare. 

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting assessments, intervention and patient responses in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Record of effectively leading and managing nursing protocols, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• Have the ability to collaborate and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety.

• Flexibility to work variable hours and participate in on-call duties as needed.
