Job Description

Scepto Import holds a prominent position as a leading importer of cutting-edge electrical and electromechanical technologies, actively introducing state-of-the-art solutions to meet diverse needs. In addition, we are looking for a dynamic senior storekeeper to join us. 

The storekeeper job description entails maintaining an automated supply inventory database; updating database of materials, supplies, and equipment; generating related reports to verify inventory levels, and determining re-order activity and usage rates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Keep record of sales and restock the store accordingly.

  • Follow all standards for issuing and receiving stock within the stores area of operation.

  • Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on needs.

  • Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.

  • Ensure the person collecting the goods signs store requisition form and enter into the inventory/materials management system.

  • Ensure concerned department heads depending upon the operations procedure sign all store requisitions.

  • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures

  • Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.

  • Prepare and report every day balance of GRN, SIV and return.

  • Send update daily and weekly report for each item to finance department, sales and operation and other related department.

  • Resends damage and repacks products back upon approval of finance department.

  • Speak with others using clear and professional language.

  • Prepare and record stock card/bin card for each item on every day.

  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.

  • Ensure concerned department heads depending upon the operations procedure sign all store requisitions.

  • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.

  • Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.

  • Complete requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management software/system.

  • Work closely with purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.

  • Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process.

Salary: Based on company scale. 

Job Requirements

Education Level:  

  • Graduated in Logistics & supply chain, or any other related Filed  

Experience:  

  • more than three years’ and above. 

Job Skills needed

  • Proficiency in Written and Spoken English. 

  • Strong Interpersonal Skill.

  • Good communication skill.

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Must be experienced on the related jobs like in Import Company.
