Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including computers, printers, servers, and network devices.

  • Oversee network administration (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, IP management, and connectivity troubleshooting).

  • Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot software, systems, and user accounts practiced in the company 

  • Ensure data security through backups, antivirus protection, system monitoring, and cybersecurity practices.

  • Provide technical support to all staff and deliver basic training on systems and IT tools.

  • Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, network setups, and IT procedures.

  • Manage IT assets, inventories, and all software licenses to ensure availability and compliance.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, hardware/software procurement, and system support.

  • Lead IT-related projects such as upgrades, system implementations, and technology improvements.

  • Prepare periodic reports on IT performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration (preferably in real estate or similar industries).

  • Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software systems.

  • Familiarity with property management systems, CRM tools, or accounting software is an advantage.
