Job Vacancy: Process & Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible, professional, and highly organized Industrial, Organizational, or Process Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in organizational processes, quality management systems, operations coordination, and traceability systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the design, improvement, and optimization of organizational processes.

• Implement, monitor, and control Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Develop, update, and manage process maps, SOPs, flow charts, and operational documentation.

• Ensure full traceability of batches and production lots throughout the supply chain.

• Coordinate daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Support data analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring to measure process performance.

• Oversee compliance with internal standards and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage and control organizational process workflows.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Process Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in organizational development, process improvement, operations management, and traceability systems.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Food Safety Management Systems (preferred)

• Process Management

• Batch/Lot Traceability Systems

• Operations Coordination

• Must reside in Addis Ababa or Oromia Region, or be willing to travel regularly between both facilities.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.

• High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
