We at LIQ are expanding our course offerings and are looking for passionate, expert teachers to join our team. We are seeking experienced and dynamic teachers for Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry to become instructors for our online classes. As a LIQ teacher, you will be delivering clear and engaging video lessons. This is a part-time role requiring you to come to our recording studio in the Jemo Michael area. We strongly encourage currently employed teachers to apply.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and concise video lessons for Grade 12 students in your subject area.

• Prepare and structure content in collaboration with our operations team to fit our digital format.

• Explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable way that builds student confidence.

• Adhere to a flexible but consistent recording schedule at our studio.

• Work collaboratively with our academic team to ensure instructional quality and alignment with the national curriculum.

Job Requirements

Requirements (Who You Must Be)

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education or a related field for your subject of expertise.

• Proven subject matter expertise in one of the following: Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics.

  • Formal teaching experience is required. Experience teaching at the high school level is highly preferred.

• Currently teaching at or living near a school in the Jemo Michael area, with the ability to come to our studio for recording sessions.

• Excellent on-camera presence with the ability to speak confidently and clearly.

• Strong Amharic communication and organizational skills.
