We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planning & Warehouse Controller to join our factory operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring raw material availability, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role is essential to guaranteeing efficient production flow and timely order fulfilment. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Production Planning

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in coordination with the production manager.

• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging, and other inputs according to production requirements.

• Monitor actual production performance against plans and adjust schedules when necessary.

• Coordinate with procurement and quality departments to minimize delays and ensure efficient production flow.

Warehouse & Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate records of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

• Oversee proper storage, handling, and issuing of materials based on FIFO and company standards.

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse activity reports.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams.

• Track incoming shipments and ensure timely receipt and recording of materials.

• Report on production variances, material usage, and wastage.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resources and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Accounting or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in production planning, inventory control, or warehouse management (manufacturing experience preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must).

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of warehouse systems, production processes, and ERP software is an added advantage.
