KKGW General Import and Export is looking for Quality Control

Quality Control monitors the quality management system and ensures the quality of incoming raw materials to the organization and manufactured products meets the specified quality standards set by the organization before being sent to customers.  Involves analyzing the measurements, conducting tests, and monitoring the production phase, records inspection results, and helps ensure the process runs smoothly by identifying issues early in the process.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the assembly or production line adheres to GMP standards and complies with regulations.

• Ensure raw materials and finished products meet specifications through meticulous examination and precise measurement tools/ using industry-appropriate methods.

• Perform durability, functionality, and safety tests to validate product quality and performance using standardized methods.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to ensure traceability and quality control.

• Tracking quality KPIs like FPY, Defect rate, Lean 5S and prepare report. Working with teams to continuously improve production KPIs.

• Verify products meet industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements by staying updated on quality regulations.

• Oversee production stages to uphold consistent quality standards and identify areas for improvement in machinery and workflows.

• Develop and enforce effective protocols to optimize inspection processes and enhance product quality assurance.

• Analyze quality-related customer concerns, identify root causes, and collaborate on solutions to prevent reoccurrence

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during inspections and production activities to promote a secure workplace for all personnel.

Job Requirements

Common Requirements 

• Education: BSc degree in Electromechanical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

• Experience: At least 1 year of QC/QA experience in assembly/manufacturing Company.

• Skills: Problem solving, Data analysis and documentation, Effective communication, etc.

• Knowledge: Technical knowledge of production/Assembly line, Standards, QMS and etc.
