Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing marketing strategies for advertising new products

  • Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing

  • Leading and training teams of Marketing Associates

  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints

  • Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions

  • Identifying potential new markets and ways to enter them

  • Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand

  • Brainstorming advertising ideas with senior management

Job Requirements

  • Degree MA/ MBA or BA in Business and related studies

    • Work experience in sales in paint industry is Preferable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a proven track record of meet sales targets. Additionally, familiarity with market trends and customer preferences in the  FMCG business.

    • 6/8 years of relevant Experience with at least 3/4 years of experience in a managerial positions in marketing and Sales
