Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth daily service, high-quality offerings, and excellent customer satisfaction. You will lead a motivated team, implement service standards, and drive operational excellence for a consistently outstanding dining experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies for food and beverage services, ensuring efficiency and quality.

• Lead, motivate, and manage staff, including cooks, servers, and support personnel, ensuring engagement and performance.

• Oversee daily service and food preparation, maintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply management.

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.

• Review service quality and customer satisfaction, addressing feedback or issues promptly.

• Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations to enhance skills and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, efficiency, and overall service experience.

• Proficiency in basic computer software and operational management systems.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential; certification is a plus.
