BSc Degree in Environmental, Industrial Engineering, OHS or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - KPI Tracking: Tracking quality KPIs like FPY, defect rate, lean 5s and safety KPIs like near miss report, LTIFR, SIF, Audit finding, Lean safety checklist, etc. Working with teams to continuously improve production KPIs. - Problem Solving: Conducting rigorous safety and quality inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and developing risk mitigation strategies. Preparing detailed reports on quality and safety issues, investigations, and other significant outcomes based on the data collected.
