Previous experience managing MEL-related activities for large donor-funded projects is preferred. Duties & Responsibilities: - Lead the design and roll-out of the country program’s MEL framework, ensuring alignment with the CP’s 2030 strategy. - Ensure timely completion of all agency level MEL requirements and country office level MPP self-assessment improvement plans while promoting continuous quality improvement of MEL implementation across the CP. - Coordinate and lead MEL-related start-up activities for new projects, including baseline assessments, indicator mapping, and data collection systems set-up.

BA Degree in Social Work, Gender Studies, International Law, Human Rights or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Psychosocial Support (PSS): Coordinate the provision of culturally appropriate individual and group-based PSS and crisis intervention services to promote emotional well-being and resilience among the refugee population. - Community Engagement and Mobilization: Establish and strengthen women’s safe spaces and community-based protection networks, ensuring active participation in identifying and mitigating protection risks. - Awareness Raising and Training: Design and deliver awareness sessions on human rights, protection principles, GBV prevention, and available services within the camp.

Master's Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Public Health, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop research frameworks and methodologies tailored to program needs. - Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies to assess program relevance, effectiveness, and impact. - Collaborate with the Head of Research and Evaluation and program teams to develop research tools, protocols, and ethical guidelines.

BA Degree in Social Work or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Conducting psychosocial assessments for vulnerable children and their families. - Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized care plans. - Actively working on family tracing, reunification, and Family preservation strengthening activities. - Develop case stories. - Providing supportive counselling and resources to beneficiaries.

Degree in Statistics, Economics, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Sciences or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Ensure that the GFD Project has a comprehensive, SMT-endorsed MEAL framework in place, which is implemented and monitored effectively.  Measure achievement and progress toward program goals and results through the MEAL Framework - Lead the overall project M&E, including output and outcome monitoring, and database management. - Design M&E plans that encompass data collection methods, reporting tools, and mechanisms for capturing key information on program outputs, outcomes, and impacts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide individual and group counseling sessions to refugees and host community members, with a focus on women, children, and survivors of trauma.  - Facilitate safe spaces for children and women to express emotions and receive psychosocial care.  - Identify cases requiring specialized mental health referral and coordinate with appropriate service providers.
