Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies

• Lead and support sales and distribution teams

• Establish and manage distribution channels and partnerships

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams

• Set and forecast sales targets

• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

• Manage budgets and resource allocation

• Report on sales performance and distribution effectiveness

  Expected skills 

• Proven track record of success in sales and distribution leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of sales and distribution strategies, practices, and industry trends.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.

• Driving License is mandatory 

Job Requirements

From a recognized university, holding a second degree in: Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields with Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, At least 3 years in a managerial position or 4 years in a supervisory position(s)

or

From recognized university a first degree in Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics Marketing Management, or Other relevant fields with minimum of 7 years of related work experience at least 4 years in a supervisory position(s)
