In this role, you will oversee front-of-house operations, guest services, and experience management. Your mission: maintain warm, personalized service while driving operational excellence and team performance. From handling guest feedback to developing service standards and coordinating cross-department activities, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the lodge’s signature hospitality culture

Job Requirement

• Qualification Requirement: BA Minimum of BA Degree in Hotel management\ Property Management Management/Marketing Management /Economics/Business Administration/ Accounting/  Economics & Finance/Business Administration & Information systems  or any related field of study  from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum 4 years’  experience in front desk/office area OR MA Degree in Hotel management\ Property Management Management/Marketing Management /Economics/Business Administration/ Accounting/  Economics & Finance/Business Administration & Information systems  or any related field of study  from a recognized TVET/College/university with a minimum 2 years’  experience in front desk/office area.

NB: Must speak fluent English and other languages preferred
