Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers. - Handle fuel, maintenance, and trip expense financial documentation. - Prepare monthly bank reconciliations. - Follow up receivables and payables. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, Withholding, and Income Tax). - Maintain proper documentation of financial records for transport operations. - Support external and internal audits. - Perform any other related tasks assigned by the finance manager. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Peachtree software. - Good understanding of transport cost analysis (fuel, maintenance, trip sheet). - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reports, and accounting software. - Attention to detail and high accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of hotel PMS software .
