Are you an analytical F&B Cost Controller with a strong commitment to financial accuracy and operational efficiency? Join our Halala Kella Eco Lodge team and help us ensure profitability across all culinary operations.

In this role, you will manage cost analysis, inventory control, menu costing, and purchasing oversight. Your mission: optimize food and beverage expenses while supporting high-quality culinary experiences. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain cost discipline, reduce waste, and implement systems that enhance financial performance without compromising guest satisfaction.

Job Requirement

• Qualification Requirement:

  • BA Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Accounting Information System from recognized College/ University and a minimum of one year experience in hotel. OR

  • A Minimum of College Diploma /10+3 / Level III Certificate in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Accounting Information System  from recognized TVET/College/University  with a Minimum of three years related  experience

  • Must speak fluent English and other languages preferred
