Job Description

LPG SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The above-mentioned vacancy has arisen within our marketing department.

To grow sales volumes and margins for LPG segment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Sales management – grow sales to achieve set targets. 

2. Territory Management with daily performance monitoring, 

3. Market intelligence - Gather and share sales and marketing intelligence. 

4. Account management: Management of Trade Accounts Receivables (TAR) within approved credit policy. 

5. Vetting, recruitment and development of new sales accounts. 

6. Field visits to existing and potential customers to evaluate product placement. 

7.  Coordination of regular training on Customer service, safety and product knowledge.

8. Sharing daily sales report and commitment file on a weekly basis to help track on the monthly target as well as the MTD performance. 

9. Ensure compliance to any applicable laws and regulations.

Salary: As per Company scale.

Place of work: Addis Ababa with frequent travel across the region

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university in business, marketing or related field.

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a sales or marketing field.

  • Experience in LPG sales is an added advantage.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation/communication skills and have ability to sell in a highly competitive environment.

  • Accuracy and keen attention to detail. 

  • Be a person of high integrity, self-driven, able to work under minimal supervision.
