Educational Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Receives and counts the raw materials purchased for the organization's operations after verifying their authenticity - Ensures that the type and quantity of the materials are as requested and ensures that they are stored in the designated area - In the event of a defect, breakage or other condition upon receipt, the customer shall immediately request a replacement with a correct and non-defective item without receiving it; - After verifying that the purchased items are in accordance with the purchase order, the customer shall prepare a goods receipt document, verify the condition and correct number of the items, and sign the goods receipt document and hand it over to the supplier - Ensures that the goods received from the supplier and the purchasing employee are stored in their correct location, at the correct temperature, away from the floor, and in a condition that does not absorb moisture

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply chain management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience

Bachelor Degree in Procurement& Contract Management, Supply Chain Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Distribute, collect and compile requests for quotations, supplier quotations, purchase orders and contracts. - Conduct market assessment as Annual procurement Plan and support field logistics officers. - Provides feedback to emergency procurement officer on the performance of suppliers for each transaction handled and conduct local market survey based on project need.
