We are seeking an innovative, strategy-driven leader to accelerate our growth, strengthen our brand, and drive customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive travel market.

Key Purpose of the Role

To lead and manage the company’s overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on market penetration, customer retention, brand promotion, and positioning of new services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share and grow the customer base across corporate, leisure, labour, and digital segments.

  • Lead market penetration initiatives by identifying new customer segments, geographic opportunities, and competitive positioning.

  • Strengthen customer retention through loyalty programs, CRM strategies, targeted campaigns, and personalized service communications.

  • Oversee branding and promotional activities—both online and offline—to enhance Vantage Travel & Tour’s visibility and value proposition.

  • Lead the introduction, marketing, and positioning of new services and 24/7 service innovations.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate advertising campaigns, media planning, digital marketing, and content strategies.

  • Build strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, corporate clients, influencers, and digital platforms.

  • Ensure marketing activities align with sales targets and operational realities.

  • Track KPIs and prepare periodic reports to management on marketing ROI, campaign performance, and customer engagement.

  • Manage and guide the marketing team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tasks

Salary: Negotiable and attractive based on candidate’s experience & qualification.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education & Training

  • BA or MA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or related fields.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in marketing, preferably in travel, hospitality, aviation, or service industries.

  • Experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management.

  • Exposure to digital booking systems, or e-commerce marketing is an added advantage.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to design and implement marketing campaigns end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical skills with competence in using marketing analytics tools.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative promotional ideas.

  • Leadership capability and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
