Bethlehem Youth Academy invites excellent applicants who meet the following qualifications and experience requirements to apply for the following position:

Position: Lower Primary Division (Grade 1–4) Self-Contained Teachers

Required Number: 10
Salary: 8,500 – 13,500 ETB

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Minimum BA/BSc/BEd Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Physics, or related fields

• Minimum 3 years teaching experience in private schools

• Fluent in English and able to conduct all classroom instruction in English

• Able to prepare lesson plans aligned with school and national curriculum standards

• Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Highly committed, passionate about teaching, and motivated toward student growth

• Willing to offer after-school enrichment programs and student support

• Active team player, problem solver, and adaptable with a positive personality

• Willingness to participate in in-service (inset) trainings

• Preference given to teachers who can teach multiple subjects
