Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company's mission and future growth plans. - Define and manage the overall HR department structure, goals, and metrics. - Directly manage and control the entire HR budget, providing regular reports and forecasts to the executive team.
