Under regular supervision, prepares project proposals; supports fund raising efforts of the Network; Supports preparation of operational plan of the department and consolidates same. Conducts environmental scanning and situational analysis; Prepares & submits periodic reports on achievements & challenges of program activities.

Job Requirement

• Education: BA degree in Economics or Sociology or related fields of study

• Work Experience: 6 years of relevant experience.

Special skills and Knowledge:

• Basic internet and computer literacy;

• Fluency in the English language;

• Knowledge of additional foreign language is an advantage

Immediate Supervisor: Program Department Manager

Department: Program Department

Tenure: One year with possible extension for two more years

Salary: Per organization’s scale
