Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Execute compensation and benefit including use of tools, templates, policies and procedures - Manage inquiries related to compensation & benefits and send complex issues to supervisor. - Conduct market   survey and analysis of the data for compensation and benefit revision.

BA Degree in Management or in a related field of study Requirement - Experience in Construction Companies is mandatory. - Earth moving and road project experience is preferable
