The Assistant Teacher will work collaboratively with lead teachers to support the educational and developmental needs of students. This role is crucial in providing individualized attention, managing classroom activities, and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities.

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.

• Help prepare classroom materials and maintain an organized learning space.

• Supervise students during class, lunch, recess, and on field trips.

• Support classroom management and reinforce positive behavior.

• Assist with grading assignments and recording student progress.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• College Diploma or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Education, Childhood Development, or a related field.

• Prior experience working with children is preferred.

• Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young learners.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
