The Boba Barista is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through high-quality beverage preparation, outstanding customer service, and strict adherence to Long Tea operational standards. This role manages the full customer journey—from greeting guests and taking orders, to preparing drinks according to exact recipes, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean, welcoming shop environment. The Barista supports store operations through teamwork, communication, product knowledge, and consistent execution of food safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare bubble tea and snacks according to recipes

• Serve customers with a warm, positive attitude

• Take orders and operate the POS

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at all times

• Restock ingredients and communicate shortages

• Support teamwork and smooth store operations                                                                                                                   

Job Requirements

• Basic English & Amharic communication

• Ability to stand for long hours

• Basic math skills (cash handling)

• Customer service experience is a plus

• TVET, Food and Beverage diploma or similar experience is an advantage
