Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best talent in the industry. Collaborate with senior management to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts with the company's growth plans.

  2. Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, referrals, and other creative methods.

  3. Review and assess candidate applications, resumes, and portfolios. Conduct interviews (in-person, virtual, or by phone) to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.

  4. Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

  5. Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews with candidates and coordinating interview panels. Guide to hiring managers on effective interview techniques and candidate assessment.

  6. Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven improvements to the hiring process.

  7. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, facilitating their integration into the organization.

  8. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

  9. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development.

  11. Also performs related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resource or related with 2 years of experience, SAP experience is advantageous.
