Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Salesman to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role requires in-depth knowledge of manufacturing products, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and target new customers in the manufacturing sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of the company's manufacturing products.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Job Requirements:
Education: TVET Level 4 in marketing or in a related field of study
Experience: 3 years of work experience in the Manufacturing industry will be preferable.
Oromgna Language is preferable
Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
