Oversee daily operations within the department, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and enhance overall performance.
Ensure efficient management of raw materials, supplies, and inventory to support production demands.
Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain cost-effective sourcing and stock levels.
Establish and maintain compliance with manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.
Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
Manage department budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop financial reports and performance metrics to ensure cost-effective operations.
Work with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and HR to support business operations.
Lead projects aimed at improving production capacity, automation, and operational efficiency.
Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Management, Supply Management, Material Management, Organizational Management or in a related field of study
Experience: 12 years for Master's and 14 years for a Bachelor's Degree
