Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within the department, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize workflow, minimize downtime, and enhance overall performance.

• Ensure efficient management of raw materials, supplies, and inventory to support production demands.

• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to maintain cost-effective sourcing and stock levels.

• Establish and maintain compliance with manufacturing standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols.

• Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.

• Manage department budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Develop financial reports and performance metrics to ensure cost-effective operations.

• Work with engineering, supply chain, logistics, and HR to support business operations.

• Lead projects aimed at improving production capacity, automation, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Management, Supply Management, Material Management, Organizational Management or in a related field of study 

• Experience: 12 years for Master's and 14 years for a Bachelor's Degree
